Soke Sakagami and the members of Itosu-kai Spain
2019, 3-5 MAY A group from Spain traveled to Sweden to enjoy the seminar that our colleagues from Stockholm offered us in Stockholm. From Japan the soke Sadaaki Sakagami traveled with the instructor and secretary of the I.K.I.F. sensei Ayumu Oda. On the European side, delegations from Denmark, Scotland, Spain, Ireland, Switzerland and Sweden attended.
The planned program was very pleasant, since both training and parties were developed. The place chosen for it, Bosön, was a total success on the part of the organization, because in a single enclosure we had all the comforts to train, eat and rest. From here I want to thank sensei Göran and his team for their great work in this course. Also the collaboration of Martín Olving, who took care of the Spanish delegation.
The training was divided into several sessions, that of Friday dedicated to the Kihon, where the work of Keri was insisted, and there was talk of breathing, Kokyu, and its different forms. On Saturday dedicated to the katas, Pinan, Jitte, Jiin, Jion, Bassai-dai, Kusanku-dai and Kusanku-sho. On Sunday the soke introduced us the Naha-te kata, Seisan. Later he made an analysis of two defensive techniques, Kake uke and Shuto uke. Finishing the course with two techniques from Nage Waza, Tani Otoshi and Mizunagashi.
Our delegation stayed in Stockholm on Monday to visit and meet her. Finally, I would like to thank Sensei Charles Hunter and Sensei Leo Mulvany for the affection with which they treat me, and congratulate the Swedish delegation for organizing the seminar.

EUROPEAN BLACK BELT SEMINAR, SWEDEN 2019, 3-5 MAY
Un grupo de España se desplazó a Suecia para disfrutar del seminario que nos ofrecían en Estocolmo nuestros compañeros de allí.
Desde Japón se desplazaron para el evento el soke Sadaaki Sakagami acompañado de su instructor y secretario de la I.K.I.F. sensei Ayumu Oda.
Por parte europea acudieron las delegaciones de Dinamarca, Escocia, España, Irlanda, Suiza y Suecia.
El programa previsto fue muy ameno, pues se desarrollaron tanto entrenamientos como fiestas.
El lugar elegido para ello, Bosön, fue un total acierto por parte de la organización, pues en un solo recinto disponíamos de todas las comodidades para entrenar, comer y descansar.
Desde aquí quiero agradecer a sensei Göran y su equipo su gran labor en este curso.
También la colaboración de Martín Olving, quien se ocupó de la delegación española.
El entrenamiento se dividió en varias sesiones, la del viernes dedicada al Kihon , donde se insistió en el trabajo de Keri, y se habló de la respiración, Kokyu, y sus diferentes formas. El sábado dedicado a los katas, Pinan , Jitte, Jiin , Jion, Bassai-dai, Kusanku-dai y Kusanku-sho.
El domingo el soke nos introdujo el kata de Naha-te, Seisan. Posteriormente hizo un análisis de dos técnicas defensivas, Kake uke y Shuto uke. Finalizando el curso con dos técnicas de Nage Waza, Tani Otoshi y Mizunagashi.
Nuestra delegación permaneció el lunes en Estocolmo para visitarla y conocerla.
Para finalizar, dar las gracias a sensei Charles Hunter y sensei Leo Mulvany por el cariño con el que me tratan, y dar la enhorabuena a la delegación sueca por la organización del seminario.
