Regarding: Expulsion from Itosu-ryu Karate Do International Federation

 

 

You are hereby notified of your expulsion from Itosu-ryu Karate Do International Federation, in accordance with the provisions of article 21 of our statutes.

Therefore, since you now cease to belong to our organization and style, your qualifications have been eliminated and the degrees, certificates obtained that authorize you to represent us as a member of ours are rendered ineffective with immediate effect.

Likewise, you are prohibited from using the names "Japan Karate Do Itosu Kai", "Itosu", "Itosu Ryu", "Itosu Kai" and "Itosu-ha". You are also prohibited from using the certificates of the Itosu-ryu Karate Do International Federation (IKIF) as well as the use of the logo (糸) Itosu Ryu or Itosu Kai.

Consequently, the use of any material or symbology related to or identifying with Itosu Ryu is strictly prohibited.

If you do not comply with the preceding instructions and persist in using any of our registered names, articles or documents mentioned above, we will institute legal action to safeguard our prestige and honor. This document will be sent to and shared with the members of our federation, institutions and organizations related to or interested in this matter.

Reason for expulsion:

 

• Consistently showing contempt and refusal to follow the direction of Soke Sakagami in Itosu Ryu Karatedo

• Communicating your withdrawal from Itosu-ryu via email

• Declaring independence in carrying out own activities related to Itosu-ryu

 

 

Therefore, on receipt of this document, your grades, qualifications, authority and hierarchical position within Itosu-ryu are null and void.

Carta de expulsión de Karate Do Itosu Ryu.

 

Por la presente queda usted notificado de su expulsión de la Federación Internacional Itosu Kai, de acuerdo con lo estipulado en el artículo 21 de nuestros estatutos.

 

Por lo tanto, considerando que ha dejado de pertenecer a nuestra escuela y estilo Itosu, quedan eliminadas sus calificaciones y quedan sin efecto los grados obtenidos y certificados que lo autorizan a representarnos como un miembro nuestro.

Asimismo, queda prohibido de ahora en adelante el uso del nombre de “Japan Karate Do Itosu Kai”, el uso de los nombres “Itosu”, “Itosu Ryu”, “Itosu Kai”, “Itosu-ha”. También se prohíbe uso de los certificados de la “Federación Internacional de Karate Do Itosu Ryu” (IKIF – ITOSU RYU KARATEDO INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION) así como también el uso del logo (糸) Itosu Ryu o Itosu Kai.

 

En consecuencia, queda estrictamente prohibido el uso de todo lo relacionado y los símbolos que identifican Itosu Ryu.

 

En caso de persistir en usar alguno de nuestros nombres registrados, artículos o documentos arriba mencionados, procederemos a tomar acciones legales en salvaguarda de nuestro prestigio y honor. El presente documento será enviado y compartido con los miembros de nuestra federación, instituciones y organizaciones relacionadas o interesadas en el asunto.

 

Motivo de la expulsión:

 

Mostrar desacato y negarse a seguir las directivas del Soke de Karate Do Itosu Ryu, comunicando su retiro vía correo electrónico, manifestando su independencia y la realización de actividades relacionadas al karate por cuenta propia.

 

Por lo tanto, habiendo aceptado este documento, sus grados y posición jerárquica quedan sin efecto alguno.
