Japan Karatedo Itosukai Sri Lanka Branch Black Belt grading testing was held on the November 20th 2021 at the Sugathadasa Indoor Stadium in Colombo, Sri Lanka. As the grading test was held at the National Stadium in Colombo, The test had to be conducted following the COVID 19 guidelines imposed by the health ministry and other authorities. Karate is not a part of our lives but it has become our life, I believe that we should do our best to achieve our goals by facing any challenges that we are presented with, by putting our best foot forward.
