R. J.Alexander, the chief Instructor of the Itosu-kai in Sri Lanka, has been upgraded to the WKF Referee “A” (Kumite) in Madrid Spain on the 5th of November 2018. This was the first time a Sri Lankan received a “A” Grade in WKF. Mr Alexander also currently functioning as the chairman of the national referee commission of the Sri Lanka Karatedo Federation.
His achievement is an asset even for Itosu-ryu Karatedo International Federation.
